Where do I pick up my order?
Pickup is near Lincoln School in West Plains, Missouri. The exact address is shared with customers after they order. It is not published on the website.
When can I order?
Pickup days are Wednesday and Saturday. Pickup and delivery begin Wednesday, October 21, 2026, then continue Wednesdays and Saturdays. Orders close at noon Central the day before. Available windows appear at checkout.
Do you deliver or ship?
Local delivery is planned within 10 minutes of our West Plains pickup location. Wednesday delivery is 5–9pm; Saturday is 9am–9pm, in two-hour windows. Capacity includes the return drive and a buffer before 9pm. Address checking must be connected before delivery bookings open. Shipping is not offered.
What are the sizes and prices?
A third of a pie is $14, a whole pie is $39, and a pie flight is $39. All six flavors are available every week. Flights contain three one-third portions chosen by you.
Can I order for someone with an allergy?
Full ingredient lists, allergen information, and kitchen cross-contact details are not yet available. No allergy or dietary suitability claims are made in this preview. Those details must be confirmed before ordering opens.
How should I store or reheat my pie?
Product-specific storage, shelf life, and reheating instructions are awaiting confirmation and will appear on each product page before launch.
Can I add a gift message or place a large order?
You can add pickup or delivery notes at checkout. Gift packaging, message fulfillment, and larger-order capacity need confirmation; corporate orders and subscriptions are not open.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact the bakery before the noon ordering cutoff on the day before pickup to request a change or cancellation. After the cutoff, changes depend on baking progress. No online payment is taken yet. No card surcharge is currently active. If a credit-only surcharge is enabled later, it will be disclosed before payment and applied through Square. Cash, debit, and prepaid cards will have no surcharge.
